Status on a few popular items you are asking for:

- ZM4 Lower receivers; we are manufacturing and filling orders for both stripped and complete lower receivers as fast as we can. These items can be pre-ordered for the next available production but the order must be called in.
- ZM4 Rifles; just like lowers we are manufacturing, assembling and filling orders as fast as we can. These items can be pre-ordered for the next available production but the order must be called in.
-ZM4 Uppers; We are manufacturing, assembling and filling order as fast as we can. HOWEVER all complete uppers have SOME kind of production time frame. This time frame may vary as we do batch assembly based on the barrels that we currently have processed. Because of this batch assembly some models may become available faster than others. There is NO way to determine ahead of time what will come up next for production. Complete uppers can be backordered via our site or by calling in the order.
- ZM4 Bolt Carrier Group; We are currently in production on bolt carrier groups now, HOWEVER due to the volume of long outstanding orders there is a very long lead time for more recent orders. This item CAN be backordered via our site or by calling in an order.
- MAGPUL PMAGS; we are receiving deliveries and filling orders as quickly as possible, HOWEVER due to the amount of orders we received in a very short time it will take a while for us to get caught up. This also depends GREATLY on regular deliveries. This item can be back ordered and will be filled in the order that it was received.
- Current FAL Receivers in stock are: G1, L1A1 & R1. FAL type 1 & type 2 receivers are currently backordered. These items can be pre-ordered for the next available production but the order must be called in.
- FAL Magazines; we are running at full production on our FAL magazines trying to keep up with current demand however we may go through brief times where one capacity may be out of stock for a short time. This item can be back order and any magazines that may be briefly out of stock will be filled from the next available production.

Status of customer service: We are answering the phones every day from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time. Because of the volume of calls we receive it can be difficult to get through and we apologize for this inconvenience. We are responding to emails all day every day. Due to the volume of emails coming over though we are on average 3 to 5 days behind depending on the account you are emailing to. DO NOT REPLY TO THE "NO REPLY, ORDER CONFIRMATION" EMAIL ADDRESS. THIS IS NOT CHECKED REGULARLY AND WILL ALMOST ASSURE THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A REPLY.

Special note: For the last year we have been working on new custom software for order processing, inventory tracking and an updated website to better serve you. This was due to go online at the first of the year but will be delayed due to the influx of orders. The current influx has crashed our server multiple times. Our techies will try to extract this current information and go online with the new system in the next month.
While this is an inconvenience now, it will allow us to better serve you in the future. As many of you know the entire industry is in the same situation with many companies simply not answering their phones due to no inventory. We cannot fill orders for items that we do not have.

We have received many nasty calls and death threats from ignorant misinformed people, who are afraid of firearms and firearms owners, when in reality we are usually the first to protect against criminal violence especially against our families and children.
The 2nd amendment has nothing to do with hunting, the shooting public needs to stand strong together. As you know we are not the bad guys and our industry supports tens of thousands of manufacturing and support jobs that keep families fed and the defense industrial base strong to ultimately protect this great Country. This of course includes the manufacture of semi-auto rifles and magazines above 10 rounds. It is time to make your voice heard and stand up as the good citizens you are.
Don't let the biased anti-firearms media do the talking for you or disparage those fighting for us at the NRA, GOA, NSSF, CCRKBA & JFPO.
The last semi-auto ban did nothing to reduce the violent crime committed by the mentally deranged or criminal gang bangers. These are semi-autos not assault rifles, the least the shooting public can do is call them by their rightful name not the media and politicians buzzword.
